PICANHA

Picanha is the holy grail of Brazilian Barbecue. This special cut of meat, known as Rump Cap is the most served in Brazilian Steakhouses around the world. When prepared correctly over a searing hot rotisserie grill, this meat nearly melts in your mouth. It simply cannot be matched in terms of tenderness or flavor. One bite and you will agree!!

 

CHICKEN BACON

This classic dish is a longstanding favorite, suitable for any occasion. And when prepared over a red hot rotisserie grill, the juices and smoky flavor from the bacon are locked in, just waiting to be released at first bite!

 

LINGUICA

Brazilian-style Linguica, like Picanha and Bacon Wrapped Chicken, is prepared over a red hot rotisserie grill and served piping hot, dripping with natural juices otherwise cooked out of sausage prepared on a traditional grill.

But that’s only half the story. The other half is how the meat itself is seasoned to perfection so every bite tastes better than the last!

 

ALCATRA

This is a special Top Sirloin cut common in Southern Brazil. Lightly seasoned and salted, this cut is perfect for rotisserie grilling where its true flavor is unleashed.

Better known to Americans as the Rib Eye, this cut has a delicate taste and really melts in your mouth

 

FILET BACON

Fraldinha is by far one of the noble kinds of brazilian cut, rich in both flavor and tenderness. Best served medium-rare.

 

COSTELA DE PORCO

Our ribs are basted in a black pepper lime sauce for an unforgettable taste!

 

CORDEIRO

Our lamb chops are delicately seasoned and prepared according to traditional Brazilian techniques.

 

CORACAO

Considered a delicacy in Brazil, chicken hearts are coveted for their distinct flavor and consistency. Eating a heart out never tasted so good!

ABACAXI

Juicy pineapple basted in a brown sugar glaze and cooked to perfection over one of our red hot rotisserie grills.

 

PIEMONTESE

Heavily influenced by Italian Brazilians, this dish consists of steamed white rice and a creamy cheese sauce.

 

JASMINE RICE

Steamed rice seasoned with garlic, onions, and olive oil.

 

FEIJOADA

Brazilian Black Beans Stew is a dish that was born in the times of slavery in Brazil, where the Afro-Brazilian communities around the farms would collect left overs of the pork they would cut to the farmers and put it together with the black beans to make strong and heavy meals. It is one of the most flavorfull beans you will ever have. Our recipe is a light version of the real one, combining ham, bacon, garlic and smoked sausage.

 

POTATOES AU GRAUTIN

This twist on an American favorite is sure to become a classic. Whipped Idaho potatoes blended with Parmesan cheese.

 

CALDO VERDE (SOUP)

Potato based soup with smoked sausage and collard greens.

 

PARMESAN VEGGIES

Fresh zuchini, squash, onions, grape tomatoes all roasted together in raspberry vinagrette and parmesan cheese topping.
